It’s time to question the TRUTH & challenge the blind beliefs !


Since childhood we were trained to follow & believe prefixed set of Do’s & Dont's which is questionable in today’s context because it kills the creativity & conceptualizing skills at early stages of childhood. Instead of disclosing the real consequences of an action sometimes parents say Don’t do it ! Instead what should have been said was Don’t do it because if you do it these are the consequences, which help to understand the reality & spark thinking ability. 
Fear associated with Religion! 

Since antiquity people worship various things such as Trees, Fire, Rocks ect’ for protection & healing. With the gradual development from stone-age to modern era (Technology/Science & information) things have changed but the core concept remains the same which is worshiping tangible & non-tangible objects for protection & healing.

We live in an era where God has been replaced by Science, everything has a scientific explanation but people reluctant to question their beliefs.  This fear creates an opportunity for cunning opportunists to make money. Palm readers, Fortune tellers, Religious healers, astrologers are among those who get benefited due to this fearful mind set of people.  In some situation religious representatives manipulate the core ideologies of the religion to fulfill their hidden agendas but believers do not question due to the fact that he or she is a representative of a religion & fear to question a religion. By not questioning what we do is we allow opportunists to keep on misleading blind believers & destroy the core values of any religion. 

Blind beliefs in corporate world !  

Day to day life at office we carry out orders from superiors to fulfill the assigned duties. But people rarely question why we do this?
Firstly we need to identify the core reason of WHY WE ARE HIRED?  People may argue that they are hired due to Qualification, Experiences, Personality ect’ yes all these reasons are valid but in my dogma the most important reason is none of those. We are hired because we have brains to THINK / CONCEPTUALIZE.

When you are given a task to carry out with instructions what you need to do is THINK about it on following lines;
·         Is this task adds value to the department?
·         Is there a better way of doing this?
·         Is there a better solution to approach this task?
This way we find new ways to do things in an efficient manner, find new solutions to problems & it helps personnel development too.  

Conclusion (Truth is subjective) 

We live in the information era. there is no one single truth, Only way to grow & improve is think & act outside the box, don’t be afraid to Challenge & Question the old truth.
